A resolution to be healthy now

Have made a resolution of getting healthy today? Wanna get healthy? Is getting healthy is getting harder? Don’t know how to proceed? Don’t worry here are the ways to get healthy this year.
1. HOMEMADE FOOD WITH LESS OIL
At least try to stay with the tasty and healthier homemade food. Throughout the laziness and just go to the kitchen and get near to that stove to cook the food from fresh veggies. And also try to keep the amount of oil minimal. Always try to carry a lunch box to the official school or and long drive, etc..
2. EAT IN EVERY 2-3 HOURS BREAK
Don’t try to eat up every food in a meal, break your main meals with small breaks and eat in the every 2-3 hrs to stay full so that you don’t crave yourself with the junks.
3. SLEEP WELL
A sleep of 8 hours is really necessary throughout the day, it can make you energetic and can even give positiveness. And also maintaining the sleep cycle is the healthiest way to lifestyle.
4. AT LEAST 30 MINUTES OF WALK EVERYDAY
Dont’ love exercising? Feeling lazy? Don’t worry walking is the most healthiest way to go without exercises (yoga, cardiovascular,etc). At least take a 30 min of walk everyday on anytime of a day(time is totally up to you) to stay healthy this year.
5. WEIGH EVERY WEEK TO TRACK YOUR WEIGHT
Weighing every week can literally help you to track your weight and this can really help you to get motivated or you can say it can push you every time to get on the track to be healthy again.
6. DRINK WATER
Throw out those carbonated drinks and also alcohol and drink lots of water. Drinking water can actually purify your blood and it has also helped to manage the weight, it also glows your skin.
7. NO JUNK FOOD
Stay miles miles away from the junk food and those oily food. But taking them once in a month is not totally harmful but in limitation. Everything should be on the limits.
8. EXERCISE
Choose the type of exercise that can actually make you happy and fresh. There are so many kinds of exercise out there to make you healthy and fit. There are Zumba and¬†Aerobics with fun and sweat, there are Yoga and Pilate’s with calmness and flexibility, there are Cardios and Hiit with lots of burning fats and many more are there too. Choose the kind of exercise that suits you and make the healthy lifestyle easy and fun.
9. DON’T STARVE YOURSELF
Starving yourself is the worst idea ever, you have thought till date. If you are hungry snack yourself on sprouts, fruits(no juice, tries to eat the raw fruit), egg whites, whole wheat toast(1-2 slices).
10. DON’T SKIP BREAKFAST
Breakfast is the first meal that you decide to take once you wake up in the morning and it’s been the most important meal for the whole day. A great and healthy breakfast decides your energy throughout the day, so never skip your breakfast to be healthy.
11. MEDITATION
To be healthy you have to stay positive, stay calm. And meditation is the best way to stay positive.
