Sunny Summer Smoothie

It always feels great to share something great. So, here I am sharing a recipe that I have just tried which taste as amazing as it sounds.

Also, as the summer is already burning up I thought to try a drink which is as healthy as tasty. So, I tried the Sunny summer smoothie which is basically made up from all of my favorite fruits (I usually love all the fruits in the world) Mango, Pineapple (my ultimate fav), Banana.

You need-

  • Pineapple.
  • Banana.
  • Mango (the summer fruit).
  • Milk.
  • Ice.
  • A blender/food processor.
  • And glasses to serve.

Try this healthy summertime smoothie. I definitely know you all will be going to love this amazing smoothie without any sugar in it. It’s tasty healthy and also it’s filling. You can replace your breakfast with this smoothie it’s really nutritious and filling too to have it during the start of your day.

Mango– ┬áIt is the “King of Fruit”. As it is the king is it highly nutritious with Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Vitamin K. It has unique flavor and fragrance, it is among the functional fruit and labeled as the super fruit. It is available in a variety of types.

Pineapple– It is a tropical fruit which is rich in minerals and Vitamin C. Pineapple has a proteolytic enzyme called bromelain which has anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer and anti-clotting properties.

Banana– We all know the secret of banana its high in potassium which keeps going us through the day. It’s a great pre-workout food. It also improves the digestive health.

Milk– It’s not a rocket science to understand that it’s rich in calcium also it contains Vitamin D and potassium. There is a variety of milk are found in the market.
